LSAT-India™️ Exam Preparation

LSAT-India™️ is a standardized entrance test that grants aspirants access to the top colleges in India and across the world. The test is quite different from CLAT and other Law Entrance Exams as it is a standardised test.

LSAT-India™️ Exam Preparation

The LSAT-India™️ is a test of reasoning and reading skills, not a test to see whether you happened to have memorized the right facts or equations. The theory behind the LSAT-India™️ is democratic and inclusive. It holds that students acquire critical thinking skills over their educational lifetimes and that these skills are the most important for the study of law. Good critical thinking skills may be acquired in virtually any educational program anywhere so long as it is rigorous and of high quality. Thus, no training in any specific field or set of fields is required to do well on the LSAT-India™️. The test rewards candidates with generalized abilities adaptable to a variety of circumstances.

CLAT 2024 (Common Law Aptitude Test) will take place on 3rd December 2023 . So, if you’re interested in giving the exam in CLAT 2024, now would be an ideal time to start your preparations.

The Common Law Admission Test, also known as CLAT is a national-level law entrance exam for admission to 24 national law universities and more than 61 affiliated colleges. The exam is conducted by the Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs ) in offline, pen and paper format
Provides a chance of getting into a top Law school in India.
Accepted by a large number of private Law colleges.
CLAT provides you the opportunity to get top-notch placements at some of the top companies.
CLAT scores are used not only for LLB and LLM admissions, but also for recruitment at Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs). Those who appear for CLAT LLM hold a chance of recruitment in legal positions at top PSUs such as:
Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC)
Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL)
Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL)
Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI)
Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI)
National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC)

CLAT 24 exam is on 3rd , December, forms are already out.
CLAT is considered to be a tough exam because of it being a passage based exam with a strict time restriction. Generally, class 12 students are not very avid readers and board exams prepare them in such a way that they learn to extrapolate the answers. Critical thinking and reasoning skills are not developed due to the restrictive curriculum of board exams, which are primary to be able to crack CLAT.

Another factor which contributes to CLAT being a difficult exam is a high number of aspirants with only a limited number of seats. With about 60 thousand students appearing for the exam every year only 2622 get selected for the five year integrated law program.

Preparation of the student also plays an important role in determining their success rate. CLAT has a different structure and pattern so it is important to know what to prepare and from where. Mocks are more important than ever. Before you sit for CLAT, every candidate must have their own strategy which suits them the best.

Finally, consistency in preparation and patience are of utmost importance. The syllabus is vast and cannot be prepared for in a mere couple of months. A candidate should take at least an year to prepare for CLAT.

You can supplement your preparation with a mock test, here –

To plan your CLAT preparation, you can take help of STARGATE EDUCATION guidance counsellors by booking a session with them by visiting
