The admission to IPM (Five-Year Integrated Programme in Management (IPM) IN Bodhgaya and Jammu would be through a Joint IPM Admission Test (JIPMAT 2021) and other parameters. The JIPMAT 2022 will be conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA) on behalf of IIM Bodh Gaya and IIM Jammu. The entrance test will consist of questions on Quantitative Aptitude (QA), Verbal Ability & Reading Comprehension (VARC), and Data Interpretation & Logical Reasoning (DILR) (the English Language Based).
Candidates satisfying the following criteria are eligible to apply for the Five-Year Integrated Programme in Management of IIM Indore.
A candidate should have been born on or after August 01, 2002 (5 years of relaxation to the candidates from SC/ST/PwD category will be given i.e. born on or after August 01, 1997).
A candidate should have passed Standard XII/HSC or equivalent examination in 2020, 2021 or appearing in 2022.
Candidates who are likely to complete standard XII/ HSC or equivalent by the end of July 31, 2022 can also apply, subject to meeting the eligibility criteria as mentioned above. If selected, such candidates will be offered admission to the programme provisionally. At the time of registration for the programme, such candidate must have to produce standard X/ SSC and standard XII/ HSC or equivalent examinations mark sheet (securing minimum marks, as indicated above) along with school leaving certificate/migration certificate, failing which the candidate’s provisional admission offer will stand cancelled
The percentage of marks obtained by the candidate in X and XII Standard would be calculated based on the aggregate marks of all subjects that appear in the mark sheet/grade sheet, irrespective of the Board’s regulation. In case the candidates are awarded letter grades or grades points instead of marks, the conversion of grades to percentage of marks would be based on the procedure certified by the Board/ Competent Authority explaining the method of conversion from where they have obtained the certificate.
Applicants completed their X and/or XII standard / pursuing their XII standard from international schools affiliated to foreign board’s like IGCSE (International General Certificate for Secondary Education) and IB (International Baccalaureate) (participants of IBDP and IBCP only) can also apply and such candidates are required to produce “The IB Indian Percentage Transcript”.
IIM Indore reserves the right to decide the eligibility conditions in terms of equivalence, percentage of marks, and the recognition of the qualifying examination, intake etc
The candidates will be selected on the basis of overall performance in Aptitude Test (AT) and Personal
Interview (PI). Any candidate who fails to appear either in Aptitude Test or in Personal Interview or both
shall not be considered for selection. The selection process is as follows:
The candidates satisfying the minimum eligibility criteria should submit their application online as
described previously in sl. no. 2 i.e. Application procedure.
Based on the applications received, candidates satisfying minimum eligibility criteria will be called
for the Aptitude Test (AT) to be conducted across 34 cities (tentatively) in the country i.e. Ahmedabad,
Bengaluru, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh/ Mohali, Chennai, Dehradun, Delhi, Faridabad, Ghaziabad,
Gurugram, Guwahati, Gwalior, Hyderabad, Indore, Jaipur, Kolkata, Kozhikode, Lucknow, Ludhiana, Meerut,
Mumbai, Nagpur, Noida, Patna, Pune, Raipur, Ranchi, Roorkee, Siliguri, Thiruvananthapuram, Udaipur,
Varanasi and Visakhapatnam. However, IIM Indore reserves the right to change the cities/ centres or cancel
the centre at any time if the situation so warrants. The date of conducting AT is Saturday, July 2, 2022
(morning shift i.e., 10.00 AM to 12.00 Noon). The pattern of AT will be as follows:
i. There will be three sections in the Aptitude Test namely Quantitative Ability (Multiple Choice
Question-MCQ), Quantitative Ability (Short Answer Question-SA) and Verbal Ability (Multiple
Choice Question-MCQ).
ii. Each question will carry 4 marks.
iii. There will be a negative marking of 1 negative mark for each wrong answer except
Quantitative Ability (SA) Section (these questions will not carry any negative marking).
iv. The AT will be structured as under
v. Candidate must answer the sections in a pre-specified order and this order will remain same
for all the candidates. The above table does not indicate the final order of sections.
In this stage, the eligible pool for Stage-4 {i.e. Personal Interview (PI)} is created considering only the
candidates having positive raw scores and a minimum mark in each of the three sections of Aptitude Test.
The minimum cut off mark in each section will be decided by the Admissions Committee. The minimum cut off
mark in each section will be based on the categories of applicants. Individual regret letters will not be sent
to applicants who are rejected at this stage.
Sufficient number of candidates will be shortlisted for Personal Interview (PI) from the eligible pool
(refer Stage- 3) for each category (General, EWS, NC-OBC, SC, ST and PwD) using the merit list generated
based on Aptitude Test Score (ATS)
Only those candidates satisfying the requirements mentioned in earlier stages will be considered
for the final selection. Category wise merit list will be generated based on Composite Score (CS) as
mentioned in Table 2 and provisional admission offers will be made accordingly adhering to the Government
of India reservation norms.

After the declaration of the merit list, candidates will be asked to register for the expression of the interest. The candidates who will successfully register in the expression of interest will receive the admission offer as per the vacant seat and his/her order in the merit list. A candidate receiving admission offer from IIM Jammu and accepting the offer within the stipulated date needs to send along with Offer Acceptance, an Offer Acceptance Amount of Rs.50,000/-. If a candidate registers for the program, his/her Offer Acceptance Amount will be adjusted against Term I Fee. If a candidate subsequently wishes to withdraw the offer within the withdrawal date specified by the Institute, Offer Acceptance Amount will be refunded after deducting Rs. 1,000/- as processing charges. If a candidate applies for withdrawal after the date specified by the Institute, no refund will be admissible. In the event of withdrawal from the Program after registration, no refund of Offer Acceptance Amount & Semester Fee will be made.
Any dispute concerning Admissions for the IPM Batch 2022 would be subject to jurisdiction of the competent courts within the territorial jurisdiction of city of Jammu Only.
Qualifying Exam: Candidates should have passed 10+2/XII/HSC examination in arts/commerce/science stream or equivalent with 60% (55% for candidates from SC/ST/PwD/Transgender) or more in the year 2020, 2021 or appearing in 2022. Candidates who are likely to complete standard XII/ HSC or equivalent by 31 July 2022 can also apply. The candidate must have passed class 10th examination with 60% (55% for candidates from SC/ST/PwD/Transgender) or
more in the year not before 2018.
The percentage of marks obtained by the candidate in Class X and Class XII would be calculated based on the Board’s regulation. If there is no such regulation regarding aggregate marks from the concerned board, then the aggregate marks of all the subjects that appear in the grade sheet should be considered for calculating the passing percentage.
The application of the candidates, who are appearing in Class XII examination, will be provisional till their Class XII result. The candidates who do not score the requisite score as above will be considered to be out of the application/admission process.

The marks obtained in JIPMAT 2022 will be used for preparing the merit list in the following manner. Merit List: The candidates, who scored* more than or equal to category-wise sectional percentile 30, will be eligible for the Merit List.
* Sectional raw scores will be subjected to minimum qualifying requirements also (the same will be
decided after the result based on the available pool of the candidates).
If the overall composite scores of two or more students are found to same, then they will be ranked on the following basis.
Overall JIPMAT score (higher score will be ranked higher),
VARC section score (higher score will be ranked higher),
QA section score (higher score will be ranked higher),
DILR section score (higher score will be ranked higher),
Class X score (higher score will be ranked higher),
Class XII score (higher score will be ranked higher),

After the declaration of the merit list, candidates will be asked to register for the expression of the interest.
