| Eligibility: Candidates who have completed Higher Secondary (10+2) can appear for this exam for recruitment to various posts like Postal Assistant, Lower Divisional Clerks, Court Clerk, Sorting Assistants, Data Entry Operators, etc. |
SSC has announced approximately 4,500 tentative vacancies. The concrete number will released in due time. SSC will also announce updates vacancies, if any, along with post and category on their official website. The pay scale for group C posts are as mentioned below.
- Lower division clerk (LDC) and junior secretariat assistant (JSA): pay level-2 (Rs 19,900-63,200)
- Data entry operator (DEO): pay level-4(Rs 25,500-81,100) and Level-5(Rs 29,200-92,300)
- Data entry operator, Grade ‘A’: pay level-4(Rs 25,500-81,100)

- Daily Revision Schedule: Practice all sections and sub-topics in a strategic timetable so you don’t leave out any portion for competitive exam at all.
- Learn Shortcut Tricks- quant: The basic Mathematical concepts and formulae of square root, cube root, decimal to percentage, etc must be well practiced.
- Attempt Mock tests & analyze your performance: Taking SSC CHSL mock tests will definitely help you get a fair understanding about the status of your preparation and highlight your strengths and weaknesses and thus, you can work on those areas which need improvement.
