About CUCET
The Ministry of Education (MoE), Government of India (GOI) has established the National Testing Agency (NTA) as an independent, autonomous, and self-sustained premier testing organization under the Societies Registration Act (1860) for conducting efficient, transparent, and international standards tests to assess the competency of candidates for admissions to premier higher education institutions.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has been assigned the task of conducting the Central Universities Common Entrance Test (CU-CET) for both Undergraduate/ Integrated (UI) and Post Graduate (PG) programs for 2021 for the 12 participating Central Universities
Central Universities Common Entrance Test (CU-CET), for admission to different programs of the participating Central Universities, will provide a single-window opportunity to the students to seek admission in these participating Universities / Institute(s) across the country

Things to be considered for CUCET
Before applying for CU-CET 2021, candidates are advised to check the eligibility criteria required by a particular participating University for the desired Programme. The details of Programmes, Eligibility Criteria, Programme Structure, etc. are available on the respective website of participating University
Admissions are handled at the level of each of the participating Central Universities (CUs) for their respective programs. After the declaration of the CU-CET 2021 result by NTA, the respective CUs will declare the counseling/ admission schedule and merit list based on the weightage on the CU-CET 2021 score and the other criteria of the respective CU. There will be online/offline admission counseling for participating CUs.
